Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aelion Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the software.
License
Aelion Cloud is proprietary software. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your license agreement, Infinite Aether GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INFINITE AETHER GMBH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINITE AETHER GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
